Privacy Notice

01 Who we are

LogIt is a personal activity tracking service operated via Telegram. The service is accessible at logit2.win and through the Telegram bot @logit2win_bot ("the Bot"). References to "we", "us", or "our" in this notice refer to the operator of LogIt.

02 What data we collect

When you use LogIt, we collect and store the following:

From Telegram

• Your Telegram user ID (numeric, assigned by Telegram)
• Your Telegram username, if set and visible to bots
• The chat ID of any conversation or group where you use the Bot
• The text of messages you send to the Bot

From your use of the service

• Tracker definitions you create (names, metric names, units)
• Records you log (numeric values, text values, timestamps)
• Display names you set via /myname
• Scheduled report configurations
• Feature requests you submit

03 How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the tracking service:

• To store and retrieve your records
• To generate charts and aggregate statistics
• To deliver scheduled reports
• To process imports and exports

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

04 Third-party services

Telegram

All communication with the Bot passes through Telegram's infrastructure. Telegram's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by their platform.

Anthropic Claude (AI)

When you create a tracker using the AI description mode, the text of your description is sent to a cloud AI API for processing. This is used solely to generate a tracker schema from your description. Numeric records you log are parsed locally by default; the AI is only invoked as a fallback if local parsing fails.

05 Data storage

Your data is stored in a SQLite database. All data is isolated by Telegram chat: your private data and any group data are stored in separate spaces and are never mixed.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access.

06 Data portability & deletion

Export

You can export all records for any tracker at any time using the /export command. Data is provided as a CSV file with all columns and timestamps.

Import

You can import records via CSV using /import.

Deletion

You can delete individual trackers and all associated records using /deletetracker. To request complete deletion of all data associated with your user ID, contact us at the address below.

07 Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete a tracker, all associated records are permanently deleted. If you request full account deletion, all data linked to your user ID will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

08 Children

LogIt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

09 Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post an announcement in the LogIt Telegram channel.
