01 Acceptance
By using the LogIt Telegram bot (@logit2win_bot) or the website logit2.win ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 What the service is
LogIt is a personal activity tracking service delivered through Telegram. It allows you to create custom trackers, log records, and generate charts and reports.
The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
04 Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical safeguards
- Not submit content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful
- Not use the Service to track other individuals without their knowledge and consent
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or infrastructure
05 Health data
LogIt is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you track health metrics (blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, etc.), you are solely responsible for how you use and interpret that data. Do not make medical decisions based solely on LogIt data without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
06 Data & privacy
Your use of personal data in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Notice.
07 Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is the property of the LogIt operator. Your tracker names, metric names, and the data you log remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
08 Service availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
LogIt is an app in progress. Things may occasionally break. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.
10 Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via the LogIt Telegram channel.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, USA.
